Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Policies: a. Booking Confirmation: Upon scheduling an appointment, customers will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing details such as the appointment date, time, and services requested. It is the customer's responsibility to review the confirmation and notify us immediately of any discrepancies. c. Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued for any cancelations within 24hrs of the service time. d. Cancellation Notification Process: Customers can cancel their appointments by email directly or canceling on the website. 3. Safety Policies: a. Safe Worksite: The team members of Creston Gutter Cleaner prioritize safety above all else. As such, they reserve the right to refuse working on a home for safety reasons at their discretion. In the event that a team member deems a worksite unsafe and decides not to proceed with the service, the customer will be promptly notified within 24 hours. Customers affected by such decisions will be issued a full refund for the service. b. Anchor Installation: Our team members reserve the right to decide if installing an anchor is necessary to ensure their safety on each service site. In cases where an anchor is deemed necessary, utmost care will be taken to ensure that any roofing materials or structures modified to attach the anchor will be returned as close as possible to their original state and properly sealed before finishing the job. c. Roof Walking and Infrastructure Responsibility: During gutter cleaning services, Creston Gutter Cleaning team members may walk on the roof to access and clean gutters effectively. While care will be taken to prevent excessive wear and tear on the roof, there may be instances where brushing or moving materials off the roof is necessary to ensure safe movement across it. Customers accept responsibility for the risk associated with all infrastructure on their property when purchasing our services. 4. Service Area: Creston Gutter Cleaning currently serves the following areas: Creston, Erickson, Wyndell, Arrow Creek, Kitchener, Yack, Canyon, Lister, and West Creston.
